  • Full service: $900 +expenses Note: expenses determined by financial complexity

Note: Each party should be represented by their own attorney for a prenuptial agreement. We will not represent both sides. It is not in the best interest of either party.

Divorce:

  • DIY (do it yourself) with consult and review, no children under age 18: $750 (you pay court costs and expenses; typically under $300)
  • Full service, uncontested (no disagreements), no children under age 18: $1550
  • Full service, children under age 18, disagreements settled before going to court: $2950 + expenses Note: this cost could increase significantly for a complex financial situation and/or child custody disagreement.
  • Minimum contested divorce with trial: $4750 plus expenses Note: this cost could increase significantly for a complex financial situation and/or child custody disagreement.
  • Mediation: $275/hour Note: Reaching an agreement through mediation often saves money by avoiding the time and expense of trial.
